My face is narrow and downgrown as fuck, got a legit 18mm philtrum and negative canthal tilt. No amount of surgery could save me. I also have an underbite (legit class 3 JFL), I was offered surgery for free on the NHS but fuck it because my teeth were dirty now I'm 22 and I wanna get it done because I am done LDAR'ing. My eyesockets are retruded, from the side I look like a fish and my nose is big and doesn't fit the rest of my face. Do you think I could bully the NHS surgeons into giving me a lefort 3 if I act fucked in the head enough? What about genio? If I had my entire face moved forward, maybe I could reach a 4/10 PSL.

It was pure down-growth, now imagine how my face looks even longer than it is in that picture, even more fucked than it is there, but with bigger nose, steeper gonial angle and crooked teeth. I posted a pic of my face once to my online friends, and they made a vid of the "Oh no no no" scrolling through my face. THERE IS NO REDEMPTION for someone as ugly as me. That photo was from before puberty, you can see the recession, it got so much worse after. I had zero changes facially in puberty, only got uglier and more neanderthal/caveman looking.

No, they do provide it for free. I was at the consultation in 2017. They asked me specifically, "Do you want aesthetic changes?" Tbh, even if they can make me not look completely subhuman while talking and guarantee I won't be rotting on a CPAP machine at 40+, it's worth it.
