my entire left side of jaw hurts since i mega dosed 100k IU vitamin d for 1 week

i used liquid vitamin D and swished it around for 3/4 minutes before swallowing.

maybe its causing my wisdom teeth to erupt but i dont feel any localized pain on a specific wisdom tooth but an overall pain that shoots from tooth to tooth, under my jaw, up to my masseter etc..

i did a masseter and lymph node massage 2 days in a row and the pain is still there has to be bone growing im drinking a gallon of milk everyday and lots of calcium from ice cream. I dont think its a cavity.
