my erda dilliution

I ordered my erda yesterday, 1g, ill dilliute it with 400g of creatine and pour the 1 gram in it. shake it for 10 minutes and raw scoop 2g. 1 gram of the dilliution will be 2,5mg of erda. 2 scoops would be 5mg of erda.




edit: ill just do normal geomatric dilliution
