I was probably on 250 test and 350 deca cycle. And I accidentally took like 50 mg of it thinking my E was high (cuz I felt weird) when it was probably my prolactin elevated from deca.

Hence crashing my estrogen lol. I remember my nipples were feeling sensitive and maybe even a little stuff came out of them so I downed a bunch of AI over a couple days without thinking it through
