My ex is still stalking me

I met her on Tinder over the summer and it only lasted like 3 months because she was mentally unstable and had BPD. I still can’t believe I drove 2 and a half hours away to see her in a different country as a full blown chadlite while she was a mtb. But it’s been like 5 months and even though I’ve blocked her she keeps making alt accounts and stalking me on Instagram and when I block those she just makes more. I found one a couple days ago and blocked it and today I found two more that were in my suggested.
