(Gonna make it as short as possible cause im lazy and ik yall don't like to read)
I began a diet of cooked and uncooked muscle meat and organs (cooked the stuff that was in the freezer for months ate fresh stuff raw), unpasteurized milk, and raw eggs with the occasional fruit, 3 months ago. I began it because I suffered from a list of things including; pain in my stomach that would occur daily and made me pass out(not an exaggeration), chronic fatigue, depression, migraines, acne/pimples, insomnia, and was diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.
It's been three months and I'm gonna go over what improved, what got worse/any negatives, and other things I noticed.
Firstly what improved? A lot actually. I havnt had a headache for the last 2 months, my acne has improved drastically, sleep is incredible, I rarely feel tired during the day. My stomach pain still occurs sometimes although it isn't daily anymore and isn't near as painful(I'm assuming it just isn't fully healed yet). The POTS is also a lot more manageable and at times I don't notice it at all. I actually feel good enough to socialize now, been making new friends and stuff.
There were definetly some negatives or just things to consider though. First, I got a lot of criticism from people who suddenly thought they were doctors lol. I still struggle with sugar cravings here and there(main reason I eat fruits). My strength gains in the gym did seem to slow down a little bit although I do still make gains it's just not as fast as before. It's also hard to get good quality meat if you want to eat it raw.
Now for some other things I noticed; my sweat literally doesn't smell anymore at all (it lowk got worse when I started the diet but now it's literally odorless), my hair seems to look better, I'm Hella shredded all the time lol, my face is a lot more debloated looking than before, I only eat once or twice a day now. Also when I first started this diet I actually felt worse for like a week but then I suddenly felt a lot better (probably me switching to ketosis). So this is a weird one but nearly every time I take a shit, it's a ghost wipe on the first one😭.
So to summarize what my experience has been like; a lot of my symptoms improved or disappeared entirely, I noticed a lot of my health markers go up, I'm not skinny fat anymore, I feel really good.
I would honestly recomend this diet to anyone struggling with chronic diseases, symptoms, or autoimmune problems. I also do recomend getting bloodwork before and during it. I got mine just to make sure my levels were all fine.
I'm gonna be continuing this diet and probably make an update in 2 months or so.
Also this is my first post like this so mb if it's formatted terrible.
