First 2 Months:
I started taking 2mgs of Reta in December and from December to February I noticed a significant decrease in my weight. I went from around 225lbs at the start to around 190lbs by February. I really didn’t notice too much appetite suppression at the start but I found that it wasn’t super hard to stick to a high calorie deficit (I was eating around 1500cals a day though every now and then I’d go over that mark). Something that I did notice however was that I was throwing up constantly. I’m almost certain it had to do with a chest cold I had at the time because every time I’d throw up I would have a coughing fit right before. But other than the puking my experience for the first to months was great.

Next 2 months:
Over the course of February to April I gradually upped my dosage to 5mgs. Honestly I didn’t feel much of a difference other than that the appetite suppression became noticeable. However, the rate of my weight loss went down. I’d only gone from around 190lbs to around 170lbs by the start of April. My experience throughout these months were better as I wasn’t throwing up and noticed very little side effects in total.

Last Month and a half:
For most of April I was off Reta as I was on a school trip. What I did notice was that by April people started treating me better in general. Women started to compliment me and I gained more respect from the men around me. I had even started getting some serious IOIs from women and one even confessed to me JFL. People also pointed out how drastic the physical change of me going from 225lbs to 170lbs. These people included some of my family members, girls at school, and some of friends. I had really begun to see the benefits of Reta outside the weight loss in itself. By late April I started taking Reta again. I upped my dose to 6mgs and this is when I started to notice a side effect I’d never experienced before. At this point I started to have “Reta skin” so the skin on my arms and legs would be super sensitive if I rubbed it the wrong way, if it was too humid, or if I put on a shirt or pants or something. It’s annoying to deal with initially but once you stop thinking about it, it becomes unnoticeable. Eventually the Reta skin went away. However, now I’m noticing a huge amount of appetite suppression to where I get full very easily now, but last time I weighed myself was last week and I was 165lbs. I still have a lot of fat to lose so I’ll be pairing Reta with some Cagrilintide for further appetite suppression starting today.

Overall:
Overall I’d highly recommend Reta to anyone that wants to loose weight fast and efficiently. The effects of me taking Reta since December are extremely noticeable and the ROI is super high. Lardcels, lock tf in and start pining Reta YESTERDAY!!! Wishing you guys the best of luck on your journey!
