I bought a bottle of Castor Oil off Amazon around 2 months ago for hair maintenance. This was my experience:
I applied it to my hairline, eyebrows and eyelashes and found that it had the greatest impact upon eyelashes and eyebrow growth, with my hairline hardly changing at all. As you may know, there is much debate as to whether it is effective for hair growth, with some saying it did not work for them. Personally, I found that the end of my eyebrows grew slightly longer as I had hoped, and my eyelashes became more full. I would also argue that for eyelashes it acts as a good short term looksmaxx as it at least temporarily makes them darker and thicker as the Castor Oil will stay in the lashes for at least 24 hours. Over time, my lashes and the end of the brows became more full.
Of course, it would be more efficient and reliable to use Minoxidil for all 3 areas and perhaps Finasteride and Dutasteride to combat DHT production but if you want to try something cheaper - which is the main draw to Castor Oil and to Rosemary Oil too - then try this. Personally, I've yet to try Rosemary Oil, although some say it is more effective for them. There are also concerns that when Minoxidil is not used consistently, there is shedding of hair.
I have also used Minoxidil for all 3 but not consistently.
