hi, i am currently 17 and supplementing 10mg of MK677 along with 800 mcg of Vitamin K2-MK4 and 8000 iu of Vitamin D3, started about a week ago.
I read on this forum and saw online that mk677 was cope apparently, but i want to get taller and bigger as currently i am quite skinny (60kg) and i am 5"11, so nevertheless, i am trying it.
So far, it has been quite a good experience - my sleep has been so good and my muscles feel a tiny bit bigger already, likely due to the water retention. Also, my body seems to recover quicker between workouts (could be placebo). I have no issues so far with the diabetes or heart issues accompanied with MK677 and my acne is clearing up.
To help get bigger and grow taller, i am eating a clean diet as i have been for the past year, with weight-lifting when i go to the gym and sports daily. Any tips on what i should do to further improve? My main goals are to get better bones and taller and bigger, the trifecta lol.
Also, in the last 1,5 month, i have grown about 1.1 inches, so i dont think my growth plates are closed.
