Hello, I'm from Delhi India and I'm a paleo and primitive dietist, I don't buy meat because people here in India don't eat it for religious so what I do is that when I see people that passed out in the street for the pollution and malnourishment I go to them and start eating them because they apport me fullness for like 1 week and if I get hungry during that week I go to sewers and hunt rats and eat em, l don't drink milk or water for the same past reasons what I do is that I search teenage girls with periods so we both do a favour to each other I help them get rid of the blood without staining stuff because they don't sell pads here and they help me getting hydrated
