THIS IS PROBABLY UTTER COPE

I will start with explaining how I found out that a little lump was forming on my forehead and connected the patterns:

At school I had this habit of laying on my forehead sort of like this:

1776695357721

I would do this to play videogames on my phone during class and it would put pressure on my GLABELLA
1776695289052

After a while I noticed I had created a little bump on my Glabella, This little bump IS NOT BONE it moves around in my skin and I believe it is scar tissue build up

Considering this could work it took me around 1 hour per day for around 3-4 months to achieve a bump that is only noticeable to me and is smaller than a penny so considering you want to do this on your zygo it will take forever and an asymmetry is basically guaranteed

(I know this bump was caused by laying on the table because after a while I started feeling pain while laying my head in that exact same spot)

This would only be worth it on the chin
