I won’t really go into the logic behind it much, but I’ll tell your my entire experience with provided pics.
I started around mid 2023, and ended it last year around September.
So roughly 3 years.
At the beginning I bonesmashed my chin and zygos, why didn’t I do the gonial? Because that’s retarded. You have a big fat muscle there that if you smash will just cause unnecessary stress.
I bonesmashed my chin for the first year only and stopped after inflammation wouldn’t go away and it stunted my chin hair from growing fully (and I didn’t see any growth), so I continued only on my zygos.
I did it 3-4x weekly, depending on how long it took for swelling and/or inflammation to calm down, bonesmashing while in that state is begging to rape your soft tissue.
Here are some before and after pics.

These pics aren’t in date order, it’s random but within range of given date.
The change is noticeable imo and I think I got lucky because I got more growth than others, minimal growth but good nonetheless.
Before some of you cope,
“it’s late puberty” no, I started puberty at 12 and it ended around the time I started bonesmashing.
“It’s genetic” while not impossible I doubt it, both my parents have extremely flat zygos.
“You just got leaner” no, it’s definitely bone growth and I tracked by pressing and feeling the bones (xrays would’ve been better but I was young without a stable income so..)
But getting leaner definitely gives it more definition.
That’s all I can think of atm so yeah
