My experience with bonesmashing

Been bonesmashing my zygos, browridge and clavicles.

Zygos have grown millimeters possibly from puberty and from me optimising my androgen receptor sensitivity ( l-carnatine and avoiding Endocrine disruptors ).

The method I use on zygos is LMHF (low magnitude high frequency) with a massage gun.

Ridge hasn't grown a lot, I have been hitting it hard not LMHF.

And finally clavicles, in the past 2 months my bidelt has grew 2 inches ( obviously some muscle growth too but mostly wider clavicles ) . I use lmfh at the growth plates of the clavicles to inhibit Sclerosis and encourage growth before I then take my 20g of glycine to boost gh a bit then I sleep.

In conclusion, from my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, my clavicles have grown at a faster rate and my zygos have grown a little bit ( probably not any proof any form of bonesmashing face works because plates r already closed ) Of course this is not all just from bonesmashing but I do think it helps because of local Sclerosis inhibition

Theoretically, if we assumed bonesmashing worked via Wolff's Law, bonesmashing your clavicles wouldn't do jackshit.

Wolff's law talks about thickness of bone in response to stress, not longitudinal growth.

Something like HGH would affect longitudinal growth of the bone.

But you said personal experience, not like you were giving out advice or making false claims.

If it did work for you, congratulations.

But I think it's delt muscle and posture that influenced your bideltoid measurements.

Yes it was probably just delt muscle and Posture but also I wasn't using wolfs law to justify the growth, just that mechanical loading to the bone inhibits Sclerosis which is proven.
