What is cialis/tadalafil?
Cialis (tadalafil) is a prescription drug originally made to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow through blood vessel relaxation.
For somebody like me using it for the gym, it is used off-label because it can improve circulation and muscle pump during workouts. The idea is that better blood flow helps deliver more oxygen and nutrients to muscles, possibly enhancing performance, vascularity, and recovery.
Why am I using it?
I am using Cialis predominantly for muscle pumps, vasculairty, improved blood flow and potential cardiovascular benefits. It also helps to lower blood pressure, which is using for someone like myself who is using PED's. For reference, I am using 10mg pre-workout and sometimes upping it to 20mg.
Personal Benefits:
I have experienced lots of positives from using cialis - although I have only been using it actively for around 2 weeks so my positive and negative experiences may change. Firstly the pumps are amazing, literally unlike anything I have ever had before and the vascularity it brings out is unreal. Pumps last ages, workouts feel unbelievable to me. Tadalafil has a half life of around 18 hours, which means I reap benefits over more than one day. This isnt a massive benefit for me since I get 0 bitches, but the erection quality is amazing in every way - which is nice
Personal Negatives:
The only negative I can personally report on is slight headaches when used alongside very high intensity training. Not a big deal, and I dont expect too many negatives at all tbh, except obviously it has a very mild liver strain.
