What is cialis/tadalafil?
Cialis (tadalafil) is a prescription drug originally made to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow through blood vessel relaxation.

For somebody like me using it for the gym, it is used off-label because it can improve circulation and muscle pump during workouts. The idea is that better blood flow helps deliver more oxygen and nutrients to muscles, possibly enhancing performance, vascularity, and recovery.

Why am I using it?

I am using Cialis predominantly for muscle pumps, vasculairty, improved blood flow and potential cardiovascular benefits. It also helps to lower blood pressure, which is using for someone like myself who is using PED's. For reference, I am using 10mg pre-workout and sometimes upping it to 20mg.


Personal Benefits:
I have experienced lots of positives from using cialis - although I have only been using it actively for around 2 weeks so my positive and negative experiences may change. Firstly the pumps are amazing, literally unlike anything I have ever had before and the vascularity it brings out is unreal. Pumps last ages, workouts feel unbelievable to me. Tadalafil has a half life of around 18 hours, which means I reap benefits over more than one day. This isnt a massive benefit for me since I get 0 bitches, but the erection quality is amazing in every way - which is nice


Personal Negatives:

The only negative I can personally report on is slight headaches when used alongside very high intensity training. Not a big deal, and I dont expect too many negatives at all tbh, except obviously it has a very mild liver strain.

But you shouldn’t be using 10-20 grams go lower.

yeah im lowering the dose to 5mg, but its not raping my health.

and obviously I know PED's are bad for you obviously

but I would have to be geniunely mentally impaired to think im not damaging my health and longevity

Hes talking about the PED’s. OP is 15 and taking PED’s is detrimental more than effective at this age.
depends. If he manages his estrogen fine it shouldn’t make a difference as to whether he's 14 or 25. Although there is additional risk if mismanaged

well, as long as your decision is in fact well informed, i won't stop you.
I would still advice strongly against the use of both peds and pre workout, but hey you do you.
I personally, would never damage my longevity in such a way.

thats the smart thing to do clearly

and im not abusing pre-workout since I believe thats probably causing more problems than cialis would

I keep my weekly caffeine intake below 600mg (~90mg a day maximum)

my lifestyle is also very healthy which i hope is helping, I do 15k steps daily, 4L water, perfect macros and sleep etc

Man, i doubt it is. If you are doing very high intensity exercise and the other aforementioned things.
Are you at least walking instead of running?

yes walking, a decent amount of it too.

I do train with high intensity but I rest 4 minutes between sets and I dont feel like my acute stress is that crazy while training

mb about not repping lol i forget

Interesting Clavicular mentioned this a couple of times from Test, something about increase of RBC. Was this change permanent, that is the reddish hue to ur skin stayed even after off the cycle of Test?
