mfs think frauding is just for manlets trying to hit average, but nah. the taller you are, the easier it is to get away with it. full thread on height frauding, the science of the 3 inch limit, legit footwear, and how frauding wrecks your posture if you aren't careful.

101: the 6'1.5 vs 6'4.5 difference: the difference is brutal its night and day. at 6'1.5, im "tall." i blend in with the athletes, i look good, but im still mortal. at 6'4.5 im a fucking giant. the halo effect is insane. I walk into a room, a club, wherever, and people literally have to tilt their heads up. I naturally mog 99.99% of the room without even opening my mouth. the immediate, unspoken respect from other men and the attention shift is crazy. going from a tall guy to a literal mogger changes how society treats you height is truly power.

201: the 3 inch rule & biomechanics: 3 inches (7.5cm) is the absolute hard cap. let’s get into the actual science of why. wearing elevator shoes is biomechanically identical to women wearing high heels. your ankle is locked into a state of plantarflexion (pointing downward). according to kinematic studies on elevated footwear, when you hit a 3 inch heel, the pressure distribution on your foot completely flips. normally, your heel takes the brunt of your weight. at 3 inches, almost 75 - 80% of your body weight is violently shifted forward onto your metatarsals (the ball of your foot). any higher than 3 inches and your body physically cannot balance properly.

301: the uncanny valley gait & proportions: why does going over 3 inches get you caught? it destroys your stride length and knee mechanics. studies show that beyond 7cm of elevation, your knee flexion during the "stance phase" of walking heavily increases. translation: you literally cannot fully straighten your leg when you walk. you get that stiff robotic walk that exposes guys wearing 4 inch lifts plus, your lower leg (tibia) and upper leg (femur) have a natural ratio. when you wear a 4 inch lift, your ankle sits 4 inches higher inside the shoe, but your knee stays in the same place. this makes your lower leg look absurdly short compared to your thigh. at 3 inches, your natural leg length masks this.

401: the tall base advantage: this is the genetic cheat code. short guys get caught frauding cause they look like they're walking on stilts. their arms look tiny and their frame looks compressed. but at 6'1.5, my frame is already massive. my femurs and wingspan are long. throwing 3 inches on top of a tall base blends perfectly. the rich get richer.

501: the insole scam & the physics behind it: if you're buying regular height boosting insoles off amazon or temu you're getting finessed. pure copium. they market that shi as giving you 3 inches, but you get like half of that. why? because companies measure the absolute back edge of the heel. but when you stand, your weight distribution sits further forward. look at rob paul’s breakdown on youtube (). an advertised 3 inch lift actually gives you around 1.75 inches in real life because the foam crushes down.

601: good elevator shoes - conzuri & tallmenshoes: if you are actually going to do this, stuffing foam wedges into jordans or airmaxes is terrible. you need shoes where the lift is built into the structural last of the shoe. if you want streetwear aesthetics, conzuri is the meta for the heightpill. they build runners with the 2.5 to 3 inch elevation physically molded into the sole and hidden perfectly. they look like chunky streetwear. if you need to mog in a professional setting or want boots, tallmenshoes (specifically their calden line) is the og gold standard. they use rigid, high density materials so a 3 inch shoe actually gives you legit, uncompressed height, and they lock your foot in so your ankle doesn't roll.

701: the physical toll & apt: here is the dark side. because your center of gravity shifts stupidly forward, your body has to adapt to stop you from falling flat on your face. your pelvis tilts forward. my anterior pelvic tilt (apt) got so brutal from doing this. lower back was constantly tight, kinetic chain wrecked, and my stomach poked out even though im lean.

801: the fix - part 1if you're gonna walk around on a permanent incline, you need a legit mobility protocol or you'll ruin your spine and lose the height you just gained from having subhuman posture. first, the kneeling hip flexor stretch. lifts trap your psoas in a shortened, tight position all day. drop to one knee. the secret here isn't just leaning forward blindly you have to squeeze the glute of your kneeling leg and manually tuck your pelvis under. you'll feel a crazy stretch down the front of your hip. hold 60s per side. 901: the fix - part 2: second, glute bridges. because your hip flexors are tight af, your glutes essentially "turn off" (reciprocal inhibition). you gotta wake them back up to pull your pelvis back into a neutral, flat position. lie on your back, drive through your heels, and squeeze your glutes hard at the top for a 2 second pause. do 3 sets of 15.

1001: the fix - part 3: lastly, the cobra stretch. elevator shoes compress the hell out of your lower lumbar spine cause your back is constantly overarching to compensate for the forward tilt. pin your hips to the floor and push your chest up to decompress that lower back and stretch out your abdominal wall.

1101: the verdictis walking around at 6'4.5 instead of 6'1.5 worth the back tightness and daily stretching? 100%. . but don't be an idiot about it stay within the 3 inch limit, get proper footwear like conzuri or tms, and aggressively protect your posture. ascend and stand tall.

have a good one gents.

Im 6’1 barefoot and the most ive frauded to is 6’3.5 WITH shoes so appearing as like 6’2.5-6’3 in public, and even then the difference is clear. I go from above avg/tallish to clearly tall, and it takes a 6’5+ guy to properly heightmog me then which is an uncommon occurence.

lol yeah 6'1 isn't the height threshold for feeling "tall" imo. more like 6'3+ where you start getting that dominant presence. at 6'1 you're just kinda in the upper tier, not truly standing out in most crowds. it's a good height, sure, but not the height-lotto win people imagine.

6’1 is “tall” your clearly above average height depending on where your at so I would say’s it’s tall, it’s jut not tall tall, that starts at about 6’3

good thread but what do you do when someone asks what brand your shoes are?

and what do you do with the great height change after you take the shoes off? at some point you will...
might not be very noticeable for you at 6'1 since youre taller than most but if a 5'9 man does this and becomes 6'0 and then when it's time to take off the shoes they just drop
