I ran hGH 8iu EoD for three months.

Benefits
- better sleep
- better recovery

Downsides
- wrist pain (might be a nerve issue)

When I look at my measurements from last year I was 177cm and now I'm about 180-181cm. Great success!

18, didn't have any growth for the past few years so I don't think it was that
How would you grow then with closed plates? At 18, they are likely closed

Apparently not
You did take morning height for consistency?

Even as an adult with closed plates you can visually grow slightly (1-2cm), if you practice regular stretching and improve spinal health (thicken the cartilage discs in the spine).
Hgh can definitely aid with that.

It’s not really worth it though, as it takes several years for minimal results

Why EOD instead of ED?
I read a study that EOD is better for hGH sensitivity long-term

I measured in the late afternoon, didn't do any stretching

I see, then you are probably 6 feet in the morning.
