My experience with occasional epleronone

Ive been experimenting with epleronone lately as a occasional diuretic, ive tried it 3 times now and evey single time i get quite disappointed, my dose is 50mg and although i know some of yall will say it fat not water on days where i get good sleep and stuff my face looks significantly leaner then when i take epleronone on a bad day to compensate a bit.

furosemide (lasix) or hctz, they are much more aggressive and effective than eplerenone and you should be carefoul about your electrolytes, especially on furosemide
