hello org, yes i know this post wont be THAT crazy to anyone but i thought id post about my experience on reta and what you should look towards expecting in the first 4-5 weeks of it

once again, ik this post isn’t anything special, im really just putting my 2 cents in.


*FIRST WEEK* (weight 246lbs)
first week i was on reta for me personally nothing at all really happened, had to keep reminding myself that like most peptides it’s not a overnight miracle , at the time i was weight training about 4-5x a week with a total of around a hour of cardio (30 minutes inclined treadmill and around another 30 walking back and forth from the gym)

*SECOND - THIRD WEEK* (weight 253-249)
now this is where i was starting to see sides. (not ideal) i was carrying major water weight and was super bloated, it felt like a really bad case of body dysmorphia (in retro spect i’d get on the scale one day and would be 5lbs heavier than what i was two-three days ago) it genuinely messed up my mindset, it had me thinking i was off diet and wasn’t training hard enough (this is where i up the cardio to a hour of inclined treadmill and still a total of 30 mins walking back and forth to the gym)

*FOURTH WEEK* (miracle week 245-239lbs)
idk what flip switched in me but this week was amazing for me and i’m currently coming to the end of it, before the start of this week i started to not wake up bloated anymore, i was averaging 246-245lbs every morning until suddenly i started literally losing a lb a day, going from 245 to 239 in the span of a business week, i have yet to mention appetite suppression because im not really seeing anything harsh, i feel like regardless of any of that that im an actual animal and will eat whatever and however much (i used to literally be 315 lbs because i would eat myself sick) but now i guess you can say the rest does actually make me feel full after normal sized portion meals (for a minute on my cut i would eat once a day and use my whole daily maintenance and maybe more in one meal, i no longer feel the need to do that anymore)

for now thats all i have for you amazing guys, i will be back to tell you guys about my upcoming experiments (10th week of reta, and my 5th week of tessa)
