My Experience With Semax (3 Weeks of Use)

My Experience With Semax (3 Weeks of use)

I’ve been using Semax for almost three weeks now, usually 600 mcg but sometimes up to 900 mcg every morning on an empty stomach. I take it intranasally. I started using Semax because I was studying for an exam. I avoided using methamphetamine because I’m afraid of becoming addicted, I tend to get addicted to things easily, so I chose Semax instead.

Week 1 — The Beginning

On the first day, I honestly didn’t feel anything except brain fog. I couldn’t study for longer periods or focus better. In fact, the opposite happened — studying felt harder. Same thing on day two.

But on day three, things started to change.

The brain fog disappeared, and I felt a slight improvement in my ability to sit and study without getting distracted by my phone. Nothing dramatic, but noticeable.

After one full week of daily use, the difference became much clearer. I was able to study for much longer periods. For example, I managed to study math for about seven hours without headaches — and I was actually understanding what I was studying. Problem-solving felt easier, ideas came faster, and I could analyze things more deeply and get better results.

Even at work, Semax helped me stay productive for longer. One day I only slept four hours, but I still got through the entire day without feeling exhausted or wanting to sleep as soon as I got home.

Side Effects

There’s one side effect that some users mention, but not many: sleep issues due to overthinking.

Semax made me analyze everything I was stressed about. For example, I would start worrying intensely about my future. This can be good in some ways — it motivates you — but it can also create panic at night.

If I took Semax in the evening around 18:00 and tried to sleep at 22:00, I couldn’t. My mind would loop the same thoughts for up to five hours. If I took it in the morning, I still had the same sharp, analytical thoughts, but only for a shorter period (maybe two hours).

The mental clarity and motivation are great, but sometimes it becomes too much.

Addiction Concerns

As I said earlier, I chose Semax instead of meth because I didn’t want to get addicted. But Semax itself gave me a psychological craving. As soon as my Semax bottle ran out, I really wanted to take more. I had to stop myself because I don’t want to depend on anything daily.

Conclusion

Overall, Semax is a very effective peptide for studying or preparing for an exam. But I would personally recommend using it for a maximum of one month, followed by at least a one-month break, especially if you’re like me and have a tendency to develop addictive behaviors.

It’s useful, but you have to be careful with how often you take it and how it affects your sleep and mindset.

it’s pretty well known that many people use meth and amphetamines, even before Clav has ever mentioned it

Are you kidding me? It’s well known in college that many people take meth and amphetamines before big exams.

Ah I reacted a bit too quickly, my bad.
I can see where you coming from focus can be categorised as a part of cognition.
but the threads under semax which is usually linked to making you smarter etc.
So that’s the only reason as to why I said what I said.:D

Yeah, that makes sense. I wasn’t thinking about it from that angle, but I get what you mean now.

It’s really hard to get Adderall and a lot of similar stuff in Sweden. Adderall is classified as a narcotic here.

I’ve thought about that too, but what, should I really pretend to be some ADHD kid? I got propranolol prescribed, but anyone can get that. If you have any tips or some kind of plan, tell me ASAP so I can copy it.

Are you storing it in the fridge? Do you plan on cycling on / off (like 2month on 1 off)? Any other side effects as of now?
I was considering it but the possible hairloss part seems kinda worrying

Yes, always in the fridge, somewhere dark. I only ran it for one month and then stopped because my bottle was finished, but I’m planning to start again when I begin university, only during exam months. I didn’t notice any hair loss (I’m on finasteride)

Thanks, for nasal did you trust a random supplier or did you make it yourself?

I was considering trying to make my own (EU suppliers suck, very few and no info on purity/ sterility) by buying powder and a saline solution, mixing it and adding it to a nasal spray.

Only thing is that It would last just 10-15days and needs mandatory fridge. Any experience on this perhaps? Thanks

I mixed it myself; it cost more, but it felt better to do it on my own.
