ive been starving myself for weeks and it made me feel like shit that I could barely sleep, and my head is fucking killing me I feel so dizzy.
I feel so weak that I could probably lose to a middle schooler.

obvs you shouldn't starve yourself during your teen years or when you're trying to build muscle at the gym
but I do none of that and I am trying to get as skinny as possible without making much effort, so that is why I am starving my self.

Mirin, i keep trying but end up eating food still. Applied for mounjaro, got rejected for being “healthy weight” already.
Applied for ozempic and also got rejected.
 
Same I have been eating 800 calories. Yesterday I threw up beacause I ate spoiled watermelon, but well at least that made me leaner
 
Starving is so cope, the only way is 1 meal per day
