Yesterday, I took 40mg of Torsemide, a potent loop diuretic. Did it debloat? Yes, yes it did and it did significantly.
However I can say without a doubt that this is the most toxic diuretic out there. For one, any improvement to looks are instantly countered by the red, yellow eyes it brings.
Then there are the cramps, even just laughing is unbearable my torso got fucked multiple times. Social interactions became a painful chore.
Then there's the blood pressure, it's been a day and I have literally fainted once by getting up too quickly from my chair. General fatigue is also present.
Thankfully, I didn't experience ed so at least that worked for the night, but god damn this shit is toxic as hell. I can see why people go for Furosemide instead, it also sucks but slightly less so.
