Not a guide (despite the flair), but I can offer advice to anybody interested.

Showed signs of promising effects at 20mg, but ultimately ended up being completely useless in practice because my body eviscerates Methylphenidate. Luckily no side effects besides the energy crash, but is annoying to use since you need to eat a meal with it. For most people (especially at such low doses) it's usually just an entry drug to test for latent heart conditions. If you're going to use Medikinet, I suggest the instant release version instead.
Works very well, especially if you need something that lasts way longer than typical brands of Methylphenidate. Lasted 6-8 hours for me more or less, but it amplified my social anxiety and ended up not being a sustainable long term solution considering I was already not responding to Methylphenidate medication as well as my psychiatrist was hoping. The jump between 36mg, 45mg and 56mg is pretty noticeable each time, and I had fun once using it to stay awake for almost three days straight but I ended up losing several kilos and felt like I was about to go through cardiac arrest, but overall a recommendable drug if you respond well to Methylphenidate.
Currently titrating, and there's definitely a huge difference in how it works compared to the way cheaper and more widely available meds based on Methylphenidate. I'm currently on 30mg, and the effect is much more subtle. I never got to reap the full benefits of Methylphenidate because it doesn't work well for me, but even then it is definitely something that requires you to really put your back into whatever you're focusing on. Unfortunately ADHD meds aren't miracle pills so you'll need to learn how to actually take the initiative to get going and focus on your work, but even then I would argue that Elvanse is a less preferable option even though it's ultimately Lisdexamfetamine. This is however just my personal opinion, and I've heard most people prefer it by a large margin compared to everything else the EU permits. A big thing to consider is that Elvanse is VERY expensive. One month's worth of 30mg costs 400zł in Poland (94,60 €), which is insanely expensive for most people, and getting to Elvanse takes a while to get to since psychiatrists are reluctant to give it to anybody without exploring all other stimulant options first due to it's abuse risk.

I may try something like Atomoxetine in the future, but I'm hoping Elvanse saves me once I titrate to higher doses.

Planning to start taking meds soon, do some of them increase your social anxiety? I would've expected them to reduce it. How hard is it to get adderall? Is Adderall even the best and most likely to work in general? I'd like to dm you some more questioms if you have the time to answer them.

Sorry for the late response, but yeah they do. Concerta worsened my social anxiety alot at higher doses without the positive effects, but Elvanse didn't do the same. As for Adderall, it's definitely the best you can get when it comes to short acting meds. There's something known as Mydayis which is basically Adderall but lasts the whole day thanks to a triple release mechanism, and can debated to be better than Elvanse (which is known as Vyvanse in the US). There's also Adderall XR (double release) which is basically a Mydayis-lite. I ended up sticking to Elvanse though because it's the smoothest and works best for me since I also require the use of amphetamines for general functioning outside of studying. In general though it's really difficult and expensive to get anything other than Elvanse in the EU because you'd need to get approval from a higher body of authority in the EU for targetted import of something like Adderall. As for the US, I've heard it's surprisingly easy but it very likely won't be the first drug they'll give you, but they're pretty lenient with giving out Adderall so long as you don't have any heart conditions or poor cardiovascular health.

TLDR;

1. Yes, they can trigger your fight or flight mechanism because it's a central nervous system stimulant.
2. Extremely difficult in the EU, pretty easy in the USA.
3. It depends, but in most cases, yeah. The only thing equal to or above Adderall is probably Dextroamphetamine or Methamphetamine.
4. Sure no problem.

I get it prescribed from my psychiatrist from a private clinic, after which I just buy it from any old pharmacy. If you're asking for illegal sources, you'd either have to ask a friend to buy some off of him, but I've definitely looked through shadier websites. Caveat is that these websites obviously aren't trustworthy and more often than not won't have anything to offer other than low doses of Ritalin.

The ones I did have access to got taken down a month or two ago, but I think there's one I might still have saved somewhere that sells 2-FMA that might serve as a possible replacement for meds, albeit with the risk of being contaminated with fluoride and being synthesized in underground labs that use battery acid as an ingredient.

Yhh man you never know what they’re cooking up these shady plugs.

I think you pretty much have to test it yourself to be safe. I know an adderall source on telegram but the prices are sick
