very good and a lot of science backing it. not sure about antioxidants though. pretty sure they either do nothing or shorten lifespan. @You knows alot i cannot tag him for some reason

Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals, thus reducing oxidative stress and cellular damage. Studies show that they can improve health and potentially prolong life from what ive seen
I may be wrong thought

you should ask @AlexBrown84 for his tips

from a quick google search "Research shows that most antioxidants do not extend lifespan. And if some antioxidants do extend lifespan, it's often not because of their antioxidant activity, but because of other mechanisms, such as their anti-inflammatory, epigenetic, or mitochondrial activity"' i was shocked when i saw this too

spermidine is not absorbed orally

Im shure it have some indirect effect on lifespan. I agree its probably not as important as others compounds stated

It is overpriced and overcomplicated since the majority can be found through diet
Just have a med diet carrying at each meal anti inflammatory and antioxidants components with some fibers to neutralize glycemic spikes, also 2 meals a day with a gived calories intake for weight maintenance, all of this coupled with moderate exercise each 2 day
and phototherapy during maximum 20 minutes per area 5 times a week through sun and RED/NIR devices to catalyze cell metabolism (if ur outdoor exposure exceed 1 hour consider sunscreen)
There is no better cost efficiency and easier maintenance than this

What does tudca ?
Primarily liver health but its been shown to protect the brain against dementia and helps prevent insulinemia which comes with age.
