My Eye Area is cooked, how do I fix it

I have a really cooked eye area, photo doesn't really capture but i don't have much UEE, but i have lower eyelid exposure, how do I fix my eyes, surgery, softmaxx, what can I do?

Ik I'm Indian, yeah it's over for me, but i have a decent jaw so my eye area is the only one lacking so if I can fix it, maybe i can cope with being Indian

well, as i can see for your picture you are forcing your eyebrows to look angry or something, and that makes you eye tilt a little big neutral, now idk how it looks when relax but from your double eyelid and your lack for under eye support (circular orbitals) i can say that you have a negative eyetilt, you can use a mascara to fruad bigger eyebrows, and some eye contacts like green, if not, you should rise ur T lvls and hope it will do it for u

I'm not recessed, idk why my lips like that in the second pic but my jaw is fine, my eyes are the problem, I have a 10 cm mandible and 8 cm ramus.

I am forcing it a little bit my eyebrows are just tilted like that, and it's the angle, I have a neutral tilt, defo not negative tilt, idk my eyes look subhuman in pics, they look pretty good in the mirror so I really don't know if they're good or bad.
