The main difference on wether or not an eye area will be perceived as masc or fem is if the PCT in the eye area is caused by a long downturned medial canthus with a neutral lateral canthus or by a short neutral medial canthus with an upturned lateral canthus.

As a man to have a long downturned medial canthus with a netural lateral canthus creates PCT with a MASCULINE expression.

As a woman to have a short neutral medial canthus with an upturned lateral canthus creates PCT with a FEMININE expression.
