My eyebrows look worse positively tilted

I know in general posivitely tilted eyebrows look better, however mine just look uncanny and look better when I do facial expressions that make them flat. Is there any way to flatten eyebrows, not a negative tilt but more of a neutral one than positive one.

Most likely, they aren't very low set either but are there any ways to naturally make them more straight instead of positive tilted

I brush the inner part of eyebrows up, and middle and outer part down with a toothbrush to make them more straight
Also just find the expression where the brows look straight and rest them like that
