My eyes area is shit tier : where to begin ?

My eye area is by far my biggest failo (inherited from my mother who has the same dark circles)

I don't even know where to begin. I think I have bilateral ptosis so I should start there but the under eye area I don't know what to do between fillers or lipofilling ?

Help me ascend bros. I can't afford to remain a LTN for that long.

I can't even comprehend how I got laid and got into LTR with such shitty eye area.
