My eyes get tired before my mind or body

And then I just get trapped not being able to do anything but still unable to sleep. Often I just lie in bed for 2-3 hours before I can sleep.

I get mentally tired after half an hour of more or less intense activity

I go to bed 10pm everynight, fall asleep sometime after midnight, usually wake up around 5am, pee, back to bed, can't get back to sleep till 7am but if I give up and just start my day I'll be death tired all day, sort of sleep till 9 am, sometimes deep.

Should note that I had Lasik and now have bad dry eyes. Wish I had never gotten it.

No, I'm aware of that and don't drink anything hours before bed. I've always had a weak bladder.

Nothing wrong with glasses so no point burning your eyeball with a laser when glasses work just fine. You're either good looking or not, glasses make zero difference to your appearance, and your eyes are for life.
