Minimal upper eyelid exposure is best, yes. Sadly, I have mild upper eyelid exposure. Compared to what I have, hooded eyes would be much better.

ill always be for A. example eyes over hooded. No girl is falling in love looking at those no lashes skin covered shits. You get elite eye area by having:

-Good Eyebrows
-Eye colour
-Bones (eye shape)
-Canthal tilt

If I had to choose between hooded and too much UEE then obviously hooded but in those two pictures obviously the left ones are better.
