I have the same issue but with my physique. I think the camera is capturing reality because a camera can’t lie, whereas there are a lot of psychological games looking in the mirror. I think what we see in the mirror is showing us what our minds want us to..

Actually mirror is your true self because you see yourself in 3D so depth becomes a factor

On a 2D screen you're never gonna see your true self, gotta fraud as much as possible to look good

I doubt it cause I mog in the mirror but on camera I look incel and everybody here confirms it
