my eyes.. need advice

I don't know what to improve in my eyes it's so confusing but i know there's alot wrong with them (eyebags, etc etc) also my eye where my eye brow looks short that's only cus my barber accidently cut my brow so imagine if my brow was a tad longer

resend image doesnt work nvm it does now also fix infra orbials and browridge with like implants or fat graft or frauding your way like hell
