The eye coloring and width is good but negative tilt, eye lid exposure and the eye position is little bit far away is your negatives.

You need a distraction from your eyes. Grow some facial hair and build better traps and neck. You could also use minoxidil on your eyebrows. Of course the other option is surgery.
