Go ask an ophtalmologist though before cutting yourself. Maybe it is your eyeballs which are badly positioned, which is your main problem

No, it is not strabismus, maybe some ofc, im not a specialist.

But to me, it literally looks like either your eyeball, or your orbits are positioned asymmetrically.
