My face- advise for a help (skin issue)

Hi, lately I've noticed a decrease in collagen production — my skin isn't as radiant as it used to be, and I occasionally get breakouts. Can you recommend any face cream or ointment that could help with these issues? Maybe tretinoin is an option?
