But I'm 5'10 and almost 5'9 in the end of the day, my skull height belongs to a 6'1 guy because whenever I tip toe I look way better in terms of proportions.

Proportions and height are law. You can't afford to be short and have bad proportions, that's ugly and childish. The height of your head should be 1/6 of the entire body, even 1/6,5 if possible. I'm not saying you should have a noticeable small head but both good height and good proportions aka model tier body.

Are you sure? How is it possible to have bad proportions at 6'4. Barron Trump for example has the opposite problem, his head looks too small for his height cus he is a giant.

I expected 5'11 height with the pic so you have good proportions but your frame needs to get better asap. If I said you look 5'9 it would mean your head looks too big but it looks the right size. Your legs need some volume too, gymmaxx.

my frame is wide i’m being dead serious but my head is just as big, kind of like how tyler maher looks comically narrow in candid, i do too, my bidelt is 20 inches and i can post proof later

but yea i been working on it i got injured and lost 10lbs of muscle mass, i used to be a bit larger
