Your lower third still isn’t tall enough but your tall forehead makes it look even worse (since it makes the lower third look even shorter) so fixing that alone should make your face a lot more proportional.

Forehead is also too wide (brutal trait, I have it too) due to narrow temples.

Also, nose, ethnic rhinoplasty seems like the obvious fix.

There’s also skin but you know that already.

The chin implant wasn’t bad per se but wasn’t the ideal fix either.

There’s also something odd going on with your lips, the lower lip in particular.

Yes it looks like my lower lip has changed position after mewing for the past few months

Or maybe it was just my position in that pic. Maybe I need bimax

It’s not to change your face, it’s to change your neck and make it wider. Which does surprisingly much to make your face look better & more masculine.
