If you're a fat fuck then yeah losing weight will benefit you. But leanmaxxing won't ascend you. I cut all the way down from 168.2 lbs at 5'6" to 126.4 lbs and it didn't do a whole lot for me. I'm seeing a transwoman. We started seeing each other back when I was like 133.6 lbs. I have since bulked up in the gym to 141.6-143.8 lbs. leanmaxxing = MALE GAZE. Not female gaze. I think leanmaxxing helped me with girls to an extent. Though I used to be fat so of course I was gonna see some improvement. But if I posted the girls I hooked up with, looksmax users would shit all over me. Leanmaxxing is over-rated.
