sleep on the other side to even things out, then sleep on your back to maintain symmetry

but warning switching the position you are use to sleeping in is far from easy

the eating part is easy though just chew on the other side

chew on your other side , pretty easy way to even things out and it's guaranteed to work

use the same method as sleeping, primarily chew with the side you don't chew on, then chew with both to maintain symmetry
