Do you mean his IPD? IPD isn't as important as most people might think, the worst thing about narrow IPD is that it's usually paired with a narrow face (which is usually the culprit failo). IPD doesn't matter the most unless they're cyclops tier, plenty of people have very close set eyes and look fine. (find someone who's entirely destroyed by their IPD who isn't Marko Jaric)

As for PFL I don't really see how it would be affected.

Your face looks long because your midface and chin are probably over-dominant — look into chin reduction or zygo implants to balance proportions. If you’re not going surgical, fix it with jawline exercises, a better hairstyle, or even basic contouring to mask the length.

i had long hair and it made my face seem shorter but i cut it
i wanna try fixing it naturally since im still 17 after that ill consider surgery
