My face just randomly got bloated and short

I didn't change my diet or lifestyle much nor did I gain weight. I'm 15. My face looks bloated, shorter and (probably) wider. Is it my bones or is it fat?

Is it caused due to jutting?

I used to have a nice v shaped face but for some reason it's just randomly gone and with it my hopes of ascending to htn.

How can I fix this? Do I need buccal fat surgery or aqualyx or would simply going to sub12 bf fix it?

u have another thread on ur masseters being a problem. stop training them and stop jutting
