My face looks a lot longer in photos than in videos with phone camera.

I have noticed that my face looks noticeably longer in pictures than in video when using my phone camera. It makes a really big difference. Have any of you noticed something similar?

BTW I use the same distance from phone on both.

Fuck. I know my face is long. But on photos from my phone it just makes me look abnormal. While on mirrors/ camera video it looks like a normal human being with a longer than average midface.

I was using it to upload pics to tinder but I realized that I looked really bad there. Was feeling more down than usual. Then changed to video camera and my face looked more like I think I look irl. So now Im just uploading screenshots of short vids as photos.

Makes sense. Its cause the selfie camera is legit shit tier on that phone, I checked the specs. You need to moneymaxx and get a new phone or buy your own professional camera

I know its cheap therefore shitty, but I wonder why the big difference in photos vs videos, since I'm using the same front camera.
