My face still looks fat even though I’m eating a good diet

this is what I normally eat in one day

Breakfast
Chobani yogurt (the cherry flavor, should I switch to a different one if this has to much sugar?)
I also have a cup of orange juice.

Lunch
For lunch since I’m at school most of the time I have a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and a no pulp orange juice

My lunch on the weekends is a smoke salmon bagel with cream cheese and a water although for my lunch today I had like 5 eggs and a water

Snack (I try to not snack much 2-3 days max in the week)

For a snack I have a chobani yogurt or for a big snack I have smoke salmon but just like the whole packet not on anything

Dinner
For dinner my mom cooks me a sausage and corn most nights but some times (2-3 days a week) she cooks steak for me

I am only 15 I’m trying to build muscle and cur down on fat even though I wouldn’t consider my self fat I just want to be a lot more lean I’m currently 5’10 and 143 lbs I work out 3-4 times a week, my fat on my face could be due to baby fat but idk
 
It’s generic but your diet isn’t good either way

ah mb. wait a few years and then start aqualyx, rn, do debloat. im 14, and i have hella babyfat, like u probably, and debloating (with lymphatic drainage, dandelion root extract, icing ur face) makes a bid difference too

I don’t understand I’ve never heard of a diuretic
basically its a supp that makes ur body flush out water. It helps get rid of water retained in ur body (bloat) and it worked well for me when i used to use it

nah, it doesn't matter. deficit is basically all that matters. Obviously, it's easier to maintain a deficit, when you eat clean.

It’s either your fat distribution or your bone structure that is lacking. The whole “bloating” idea isn’t really due to water retention, but more likely a lack of support in the midface (zygo and maxilla), which causes the fat pads in your cheeks to migrate downward, resulting in a bloated appearance. If you look at the most forward-grown faces, they almost never appear bloated and tend to maintain that hollow look in the cheeks year-round, regardless of their diet fluctuations

You might just be recessed something like that can affect how your face looks. something like bimax surgery can help but it really depends. Getting lean can improve things but its all bone structure. You’re only 15 so you still have time for change
 
Literally every thing you ate but for now just start getting food from local farm and swap pasteurized dairy for unpasteurized fresh

He did ask why his face appears bloated. Then you gave him generic dietary advice without any mechanism behind it. By the way, the fact that I’ve just started posting on THIS account does not make me ignorant. You’re just trying to make an appeal to authority here because you are not qualified on the topic

Holy roast battle, but I’ve been eating this like Alaskan smoke salmon it’s pretty expensive and like high quality so does that fit your criteria, also if you could help me actually replace my meals with somthing better that would also be helpful

I had some oysters tn the were pretty good they had fish eggs on the cause I went to a Japanese place, I’m thinking of buying some from my local supermarket because they sell them for pretty cheap and I heard they were very healthy for you, if u think this is a good idea please tell me

When I said you were giving “generic diet advice,” I was pointing out the lack of precision. Simply switching to local farm foods won’t directly lead to weight loss. Even from a health perspective, that claim is debatable. “Eat local” is often presented as if it’s automatically healthier or better for weight loss, but that’s not necessarily how it works.
