I'm not sure, whatever absorbs better, some say that calcium is kinda overrated and a normal modern diet provides plenty of calcium and supplementation is only needed in very specific cases, in the old days calcium deficiencies were much more common, that's why it was recommended.Calcium citrate or carbonate?
