I was severely bad developed due to 15 years of chronic mouthbreathing. Due to that, my face became long and recessed. Even tho at 13 yo I had a palate expander that gave me a wider face , my face was still downgrown because of my habits. Last year I started taking action and stoped mouthbreathing , mouth taping at night , good tongue posture constantly, and since 1 month Ive been thumbpulling forward and upward to accelerate the process.

That upward pressure of the tongue constantly remodeled my bone because it was super underdeveloped and that stimulus during the months elevated my maxilla a bit upwards and a bit forwards making my face more compact.
