Took the first picture 7.5 months ago on January 18th with the goal of getting rid or acne, did not know anything about looksmaxx or mewing (I know some people on here don’t believe in it but either way mouth closed looks better than mouth open)

I stopped eating dairy and processed foods, used basic acne face wash, and drank more water. Just started taking care of myself more, something I should have been doing already.
