My family and doctor think I'm mentally ill

They don't understand my paranoia, you can't trust anybody in this world. I've seen people almost die for trusting the wrong person.When I tell them about the things I see or hear they think I'm just joking.They don't know that if you look subhuman then it's over.My doctor thinks that I have extreme paranoia but it's just being cautious.I could get stabbed in the back anytime for my subhuman face, this has even happened to me before.
