I ate 1200 calories yesterday
I think I won’t be able to control myself and before I know it I’ll binge on 5k calories. I’m starving so bad I’m weak and it looks so good. I’m thinking about how the hot melted cheese mixed with the rich tomatoes and garlic will taste.
I genuinely don’t know what to do to avoid this disaster, once I take the first bite I think I’ll crash and burn
I’m a bloatcel whenever I get above 10% bodyfat btw and I’m 15% rn
