i've had my psy tell my parents i had autism at 11 and they still don't let go

now that i'm more self aware, everytime i'm with my family i realize they keep pointing out what i'm doing wrong when i'm just there sitting down:

"why are you doing these random noises"
"what's so funny about this"
"why are you doing to your face?"
"are you fine, why do you look depressed"
"what are you even talking about, no one is listening?"

i genuinely feel so subhuman every time they point it out bc it's only after that i reflect on what im subconsciously doing at the dinner table and realize how retarded i genuinely look
