I mean I wouldn't say so, the things that they typically give to cancer patients are anti-resorptive. other bisphosphonates or xgeva/prolia harden existing bone and reduce breakdown. That could SLIGHTLY so increase density a bit but they are not true anabolics. What type of cancer does that person in your family have?
